The Partners
The Taumafai kids having more than 40 years of experience combined in the fitness and
martial arts industry, strongly believe in helping local residents implement effective fitness regimes into their lives.
Payam Honari born and raised in Dubai, is a passionate businessman. He had a chance to witness the changes and growth in the market throughout the years. Considering the fast-growing environment that surrounded him, he decided to major in Business Administration in Emirates Aviation College.
Operating Gyms has always been a part of Zack and his family’s life in Australia and his kids along with Payam continue to keep the practices and syllabus going in honour of his immense legacy that remains.

HEAD COACH
VICTOR TAUMAFAI
Vic – 31 years old, Samoa/Australia. I’ve been practicing Muay Thai for over 15 years now and I’ve loved the sport since I was born with a father who lived & breathed it all day, everyday. My hobby is sleeping.
ASST. HEAD COACH
ISLOM BABAEV
Islom – 23 years old, from Tajikistan. I’ve been doing Boxing, kickboxing and muaythai for 5 years and I’ve found out that I loved doing it since I work here in Ringside Gym. I am the same as the Taumafai’s, I also grow up with a father who have martial arts gym and practice all the time. My hobby is going to places to relax.
COACH TEE
Tee – 34 years old, Samoa/Australia. I could kick before I could spell my name. My dad’s passion rubbed off on me, that’s when I felt love for the sport. My hobbies are graphic design & singing.
COACH DEE
Dee – 42 years old, Samoa/Australia. I jumped in the ring for my 1st competition when I was 13 and I was hooked. I started assisting in group classes and fight night promotions from 17, gym operations & PT’ing by 20. My main hobbies involve the outdoors, but I dont mind a good puzzle either
COACH DAVE
David Richard Fifita, 39 years old, from New Zealand. Boxing, I’ve been doing boxing for 18 years. I like watching Mike Tyson, David Tua and Floyd May Weather which encourage me to do boxing. My hobbies are playing rugby, boxing, eating and spending time with my wife.
COACH NAS
Nastaran Fathi, 31 years old, from Iran. Boxing, I’ve been doing boxing for 7 years and I found out that I love it since the first time I’ve done doing it. My hobbies are cooking ,dancing, singing and running.
COACH EDRIS
Mohammad Edrees, 33 years old, from Iran. I come from free wrestling background with 14 years of experience, as I arrived in Dubai no one does wrestling so I shifted with boxing to achieve my goals. My hobbies are sleeping , talking in phone and training all day.

Hi, I’m Joshua Martin , from the Philippines. I enjoy interacting with the clients and working as a family in RSG.

Hi, I’m Chaminda Kumara, from Sri lanka. I enjoy working here at Ringside because it feels like home and all staffs here is like a family.

Hi, I’m Saddam Hussain, from India. I enjoy working in Ringside because all the people here, from clients to staff speak politely and treat me as part of their family.
SUHEL
Hi, I’m Suhel Mlali, from India. Most loving thing is friendly colleagues, down to earth & sweetest person as Boss and Main (Tee) supportive and who always guides and got everyones back. This place is home away from home.
RICA
Hi, I’m Rica May Vergara, from the Philippines. I enjoy working with Ringside because they treat people equally and they will teach you correctly as the best they can and help you as much they can, and they make you feel like their family.

Hi, I’m Kimiko Arcayos, from the Philippines. I enjoy working with Ringside because they treat me as one of them even I’m new and helped me grow as a person.
